Future residents of Jardinia Yeronga gathered for an exclusive “Meet the Developer” event this month
The Jardinia development team, led by Pradella Property Group, hosted a highly anticipated ‘Meet the Developer’ event at the on-site sales office in Yeronga.
This special gathering offered future residents a unique opportunity to engage with the visionaries behind their soon-to-be homes and gain deeper insights into the forthcoming riverside apartment project.
Set against the picturesque backdrop of Yeronga’s riverside, the event was hosted by John Pradella, Joint Director of Development, alongside Richard Lawrence, Founder and Principal of Position Property, and the Position Property team. Richard Lawrence from Position Property welcomed buyers and highlighted the successful, long-standing partnership with Pradella enduring 24 years.
John Pradella expressed gratitude to the guests for entrusting Pradella with their future homes, emphasising the company’s rich legacy as a third-generation team with over 60 years of excellence in property development. He also shared the inspiring vision for Jardinia and provided an update on construction commencement timing, noting that the site has already been cleared and prepared for construction.
Buyers had the opportunity to ask their important questions directly with the development team and learn more about what they could look forward to in their new residences.
Future residents Susan and Brett Smith were excited to discuss the finer construction details with the Pradella team, as they look forward to stepping inside their new home.
“We’ve purchased a 3-bedroom apartment at Jardinia and are looking forward to enjoying a easier maintenance lifestyle,” Susan said.
“We currently live in a post war house with a large backyard in Tarragindi, and now that our children are older teens we decided buying and moving into an apartment was the best fit for the next stage of our life.
“We’re excited to not have to worry about backyard maintenance anymore and enjoy all of the modern amenities at Jardinia like the pool, entertainment area and the rooftop,” she said.
Brett said the Yeronga location was a huge draw card and factor in their decision to buy.
“The location is perfect for us. It’s convenient, close to the Yeronga train station and close to the city, which will be perfect with our sons going to university in the city,” he said.
“There’s plenty of coffee shops nearby which we love, and we like that we’ll have easy access to the Gabba for Brisbane Lions Games. We love that Yeronga is a leafy green suburb, and that Jardinia will not be a high density residential building but more of a boutique development where quality is the focus.”
Guests enjoyed snacks and light refreshments, as they met and mingled with their future neighbours, and were each presented with a complimentary bottle of champagne as a celebratory gift to mark the beginning of an exciting new chapter.
